Behavior > Content?

'The behavior of homework is more important than the content of homework.' This is a quote from a Washington Post blog. Does this mean just give kids busy work to do at home so they are occupied? Does this replace playing outside, playing sports, scouts, family time? Does this mean that kids need to be assigned homework so that they learn how to do work at home when they get a job? How many jobs expect you to bring your work home?
