Tweet Aloud

While lurking during #engchat tonight when I saw a tweet about doing a Tweet Aloud with digital mentor texts. I found the idea to be pretty smart and adaptable to use with Shelfari, Goodreads, or any other social bookshelf tool. If I'm understanding it correctly, you engage in a mini - lesson via Twitter.  

It looks as if the major components are present, such as having an objective, modeling thinking (think aloud), inviting students to practice working with the objective, and then wrapping up the class's understanding of the objective so they can try it independently.
