Creating Conscious Creators of Content

Have you read lol...OMG yet?  It is one of the core texts in one of the courses I teach.  After reading it, Emily posted an idea she has about using Facebook to help students understand what it means to be a friend online.  What are some ways you've helped students understand that just because they're friends with someone online doesn't necessarily mean that they are friends?
